I purchased a slightly older model of one of these 8-9 years ago in a local overstock/closeouts type store. It lasted until about a month ago w/almost daily use. I loved it. I paid [...] back then-unsure of exact cost.
Pros: Sturdy & compact yet roomy. Many toaster ovens are not very useful as all purpose everyday oven use due to the height/width proportion or size. Could cook a 5-6 lb chicken/turkey breast roast in my oval pyrex roaster placed diagonally-I just covered w/tinfoil to prevent top from excess browning as the size of oven places roasts too close to top-I used both elements for even cooking (cannot use 'roasting bags'). The top compartment is handy but to use it alone-the broiler element must be used obviously. I never used top as a griddle or cooking. I cooked potatoes in microwave and placed them in this top compartment when I was cooking roasts to keep hot. I did this w/vegetables as well and for brd/rolls warmer. Handy for meal planning in being able to keep everything hot to serve together. I never used the rotisserie. Bottom tray had could be pulled from outside to clean, 'cooktop' as well as lid are removeable as are the racks.
Cons: My model did not have a 'stay on' feature - had to be restarted every 50 mins, goes for 60 but I restarted when timing bell went off. Does not use conventional size 9x13 cookware, however two 8x8's & loaf-style cookware works great can be used simultaneously-just need to rotate for even cooking.
I loved it so much I just purchased the 'Elite Professional 23L ERO-2008S' from same company when it needed to be replaced.

I thought this toaster-oven was too good to be true. Look at all the features! Well you can't use the top for steaming or cooking without the interior oven being on, which seems very counter-productive. Wanted a rotisserie, but this took forever to cook. The timer shuts off the oven with 10 minutes left to go!
Tried Ellios pizza slices... came out not crisp, not even hot after twice the time listed for baking in toaster-oven. You have to turn one dial to do this... Another dial to enable the first dial.
Perhaps someone else can find this a miracle toaster-oven but that won't be me. I am sorely disappointed. If it sounds too good to be true, it most probably is.
