This oven does really well in cooking, providing even heat and being right on temperature. The outside gets warm but not hot and it's easy to clean. It's also huge by toaster oven standards so you can get alot inside at one time.
The door has a major drawback in that if you don't pay rapt attention to it you will burn yourself. Everyone in my house who has ever used it has been burned on the back of the knuckles from opening the door... dumb design.
I also don't like is the controls aren't really thought out for multiple uses. If all you ever do is toast then you can hit two buttons and have toast. If you want to use the oven you have to hit a few more buttons and for whatever reason it always defaults to the lowest heat setting so if you need 350F you'll hit one button alot to go from 160F to 350F in 5deg jumps. Then you'll get to do it again next time as well.
Even with these two drawback I'll round up to 4stars because it really is a nice little toaster oven.

Had this unit previously but in white finish. Worked great for 3-4 years then the top burner died. The white finish discolored around the top of the door and was impossible to clean. This is the same product but with stainless trim around the door. I expect to get the same great performance out of this model but without the discoloration.

I have had this toaster oven for three weeks. So far I have toasted and baked with the toaster oven and am very pleased with the performance. Once you figure out how dark the toast settings get it is very consistant. The temperature settings seem to be comparable to the big oven as food cooks in the same amount of time. All in all I would not hestitate to recommend this product.

I chose this toaster-oven based on the user reviews on Amazon for all the ovens I researched before buying. I was not disappointed. It heats up fast, it toasts well and it makes flawless frozen pizza. That's all its been used for so far. Compared to its predecessor, a cheaper Euro-Pro, it is much faster and the settings are accurate. The only negatives are that the outside gets very hot (which most if not all do), it hums at 60 cycles when off, and the price (higher than nearly all others). It's worth considering if the price is not an issue.
